You may log in to the Division Application form at the bottom of this page to join or renew these APA divisions. If the Division you wish to join is not handled through this form, you will need to contact the Division directly to apply for membership.

  • An APA Member
  • An Individual who is NOT an APA Member
NEED TO RENEW YOUR DIVISION? Please log in to the Division Application form at the bottom of this page if you are:

  • An APA Affiliate (Student, International, etc)
  • An Individual who is NOT an APA Member, but IS a division member (Professional Affiliates, etc)
NOTE: APA MEMBERS SHOULD NOT USE THIS FORM TO RENEW THEIR DIVISION MEMBERSHIPS. This includes APA Associates, Fellows, and Life Status Members. These APA membership types may renew their divisions on their APA membership statement or may click here for instructions on how to renew online.

To pay by check, or to use a FAX or the US Postal Service, print a paper application.

You may log in or register to pay for one or more of most divisions by credit card (note: some divisions do waive dues the first year of division membership). Memberships are for January-December. Applications submitted August 6, 2014 and later will be applied to the January-December 2015 membership year.
